Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your service to assure that you will receive your service in full. Spa facilities are for use by individuals 13 years or older, and salon facilities, 10 years or older. Children are to never be left unattended. In an effort to maintain a serene environment, we ask that you refrain from using your cell phone, as well as smoking on the premises. Spa West does not provide refunds on spa or salon services. A salon credit may be issued within 7 days of service. Please notify the Spa Coordinator for assistance.
Please inform your technician of any medical conditions, pregnancy, prescription medications, or treatments you are undergoing. Should you feel uncomfortable at any time during a treatment, please advise the service provider immediately. Personal property is your responsibility; Spa West is not responsible for lost or stolen property. We recommend leaving your valuables at home.
All memberships are auto enrolled for 12 months. Membership services cannot be shared or stacked to a service not listed. If the member does not cancel the membership, it will automatically renew for the next 12 months. If you are finding the membership is no longer working for you, please provide a 30-day cancellation notice. A $29 fee will apply if you have not been a member for 12 months. If a service is not used it will roll over for use in the future. If a credit card is unable to be authorized it will remain pending until funds are available. Spa West gift cards are a great, year round gift for any occasion and for your added convenience you may purchase gift cards by phone, or online at spawest.com. Gift cards and prepaid appointments are non-refundable and expire 2 years from date of purchase. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or gratuities, unless gratuity is included at the time of purchase. Gift cards may be redeemed for retail items.
Spa West accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, as well as personal checks with proper identification. Gratuity and sales tax are included in Spa Journey packages. Gratuity is not included on individual services, please hand directly to your service provider or to our front desk staff, in cash.
Spa West Cosmetic Center provides treatments that have been FDA cleared. We have internally studied each technology to know the possible outcomes. We base all treatment expectations on the average guest result. Improper eating and lifestyle habits may hinder the best possible outcome. We recommend drinking 1⁄2 your body weight, in ounces, of water to flush the lymphatic system as the process works through the body. Treatments provide full outcomes within 90 days.
